New Digital Strategy for Cardoner Group
Constructora Cardoner approached us with the challenge of transforming its digital presence into a strategic positioning tool. The project went beyond a website redesign, starting with an in-depth analysis of the sector, the corporate narrative and the existing digital ecosystem in order to redefine the role of the website as a brand platform and value-generating asset.
The objective was clear: reinforce identity, consolidate positioning and place projects at the core of the company’s narrative. Building on the existing brand manual, we developed an expanded graphic code that enriched visual resources and established a flexible system for digital and audiovisual environments. Photography and project video editing became central elements, elevating the website from a purely functional tool to a contemporary and visually engaging experience.
We completely redefined the information architecture, creating a new site structure that organizes internal complexity into a clear and intuitive user experience. The portfolio became the core of the system: more than 100 projects structured across over 10 specialization categories, with filters by typology and sector designed for diverse B2B audiences. Internally complex, externally simple and efficient.
Content development played a fundamental role in this transformation. Working closely with the content team, we redefined the entire corporate narrative and rewrote all website copy and project case studies to create a unified, clear and coherent brand voice. Each case study follows a structured framework that highlights context, challenge and technical contribution, reinforcing the company’s positioning around excellence, innovation and sustainability.
Strategic functionalities were incorporated, such as a custom project selection and PDF download system, enabling users to curate and export tailored portfolios. This feature supports commercial activity while delivering added value to specifiers and potential clients. The result is an agile, visually powerful platform designed to evolve alongside the company.
Structuring the Strength of the Group
In a second phase, the project expanded to include the creation of the Cardoner Group website, the corporate umbrella integrating eleven professional divisions related to construction, real estate development, building maintenance and complementary services. While Constructora Cardoner is the most visible division, the group acts as the strategic structure that connects and amplifies the whole.
The group website was conceived as a dynamic one-page experience, built around a visual narrative combining data, context and conceptual synthesis. Its purpose is to communicate the strength and complementarity of the divisions while functioning as a gateway to each individual company.
The system integrates a shared news engine coordinated with the construction company’s website, creating a unified content hub that reinforces the collective vision and strengthens the group’s sector positioning.
Beyond the websites themselves, we developed additional digital tools to consolidate the communication ecosystem. An internal newsletter generation engine was created to streamline structured content distribution aligned with the new identity. At the same time, we defined a new digital strategy for social media, designing visual elements and modular templates tailored to different content categories and messaging needs. This system ensures visual consistency, editorial flexibility and a digital presence fully aligned with the renewed corporate narrative.
The result is an integrated digital ecosystem connecting identity, corporate structure, content and activation, transforming online presence into a long-term strategic asset serving both business growth and brand positioning.
