Edificio Cedro
Identity and signage of the Cedro building
Inmocaixa commissioned us to develop the identity, signage and marketing materials for Cedro, an office development in Madrid. The building, covering 17,000 m², has recently been renovated to meet current sustainability standards and adapt to new work habits. The challenge was to create a visual system with enough personality to strengthen the positioning of the asset in a competitive market, while providing the graphic and physical resources needed to support its commercial strategy.
Taking the building’s iconic shape and its central cube-shaped void as a starting point, we defined an identity that uses geometry as its main visual language. The strategic approach aimed to highlight Cedro’s architectural uniqueness without losing sight of the human and natural context that surrounds it. The proposal seeks to capture the balance between the building’s structural rationality and the vitality of the activity within, as well as the light and open spaces that connect it to its surroundings.
The central concept is built on the fusion between architectural geometry and a more organic dimension related to use and user experience. This duality translates into an identity that projects volume and depth, exploring three-dimensionality to go beyond a flat visual approach. Geometry becomes an expressive tool that shapes both the brand and the various communication and wayfinding elements.
The creative development includes the full visual identity, brand guidelines, commercial materials such as the sales brochure, the complete signage system, and a corporate website. The proposal opts for an elegant, clean image, with carefully selected materials such as aluminium, and physical solutions that bring the identity into the spatial dimension — especially in the entrance modules and architectural elements. The result is a solid, versatile and coherent system that enhances the value of the property and effectively supports its sales and communication strategy.
